We are now seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of financial management and help position the organization for continued growth and innovation. The CFO will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for driving financial decision-making across departments, optimizing asset allocation, leading a high-performing finance team, and helping shape long-term financial strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented financial executive with a strong track record of managing complex financial operations and guiding data-driven decision-making. This individual must bring sharp business acumen, the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, and a strategic mindset. Success in this role requires demonstrated experience in financial oversight, asset management, and team leadership, along with the creativity to support evolving business needs through adaptive financial strategies. Scope of the Position

The CFO leads and manages the organization’s financial operations, ensuring alignment between fiscal management and overall business objectives. This highly-strategic role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, optimizing asset utilization, guiding the finance team, and contributing to long-term strategic direction. The CFO collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners, and serves as a key advisor to the executive team. This position reports to the CEO and plays a critical role in supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Experience and Qualifications

United Radio seeks a candidate who possesses:

Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams through transparent and inclusive leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business growth objectives, capital structure, and investment decisions
Executive-level financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or related industries
Strategic thinker with creative insight to drive financial innovation and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
Strong expertise in asset management, cash flow optimization, tax compliance, and overseeing shared service allocations
Proven track record in finance, including financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across complex organizations
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Relationship Management

Lead and inspire the team by setting departmental goals and overseeing daily operations
Facilitate regular meetings and collaborate with the team to develop and execute financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
Model core values through transparent and inclusive leadership that supports individual and team growth

Financial Management

Collaborate with internal departments on all financial matters including expenditures and resource allocation
Manage external banking and finance relationships to ensure fiscal health and strategic alignment
Apply a critical, strategic lens to all financial decision-making to support company-wide objectives

Financial Strategy & Creative Insight

Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategy with business growth objectives
Contribute to decisions related to capital structure, investment strategy, and financial innovation
Champion new opportunities to support adaptability and long-term organizational growth

Asset Management

Oversee and conduct ongoing financial analysis to identify opportunities for improved cash flow and asset allocation
Review and present budgets, manage the allocation of shared services, and ensure tax compliance
Provide financial oversight across real estate entities and drive efficiency in resource utilization
