Each platform operates independently backed by shared oversight and infrastructure. As we expand our portfolio and services, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function across all entities.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the financial leader of the Geminus ecosystem, responsible for strategy, stewardship, and performance across all platforms. This executive will drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, capital efficiency, and oversee multi-entity reporting across Geminus and its partner platforms. This role blends strategic financial leadership with operational execution across a diverse set of regulated and non-regulated financial entities. The CFO will collaborate closely with the executive team, platform leadership teams and external capital partners to maximize enterprise value and long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
· Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute capital strategies, funding architecture, and long-term financial goals.
· Lead capital planning and support structured finance efforts including securitizations, warehouse lines, and capital partner onboarding.
· Provide financial leadership across the ecosystem to align with Geminus’ mission of building resilient, profitable financial platforms.
Multi-Platform Financial Oversight
· Oversee consolidated and individual platform financial performance, enabling insights into leasing margins, credit spreads, insurance profitability, and servicing efficiency.
· Provide financial oversight across lending, leasing, insurance, and servicing businesses with a tailored approach to each model and market.
Capital & Treasury Management
· Lead funding and treasury strategy across multiple independent financial platforms, ensuring alignment with investor/lender expectations.
· Oversee treasury and liquidity management across all operating entities.
· Maintain relationships with financial institutions, and other capital providers.
Governance & Compliance
· Ensure consistent financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness across all platforms.
· Maintain transparency and governance for internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, auditors, and board members.
· Maintain a robust internal control environment and function as a key interface with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Financial Infrastructure & Team Development
· Oversee finance teams across the ecosystem.
· Standardize and enhance financial systems, reporting frameworks, and controls while respecting platform independence.
· Lead with integrity, fostering a collaborative culture that values data-driven performance and accountability.
Qualifications
· CPA designation.
· 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership or CFO role.
· Strong background in the equipment leasing, asset finance, or commercial lending sectors.
· Experience managing multiple entities or business units within a holding company structure.
