Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, providing analytical insights, and working closely with the executive team to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis
- Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills
- Proven experience in Finance
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; CPA or MBA is a plus
- Experience working with or within Native American communities is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
