Unity Search has partnered with a family office/investment firm seeking a CFO for their Dallas office. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will have oversight of the Finance team and all related functions, investment coordination, and tax strategies/advisor oversight.
This person will work closely with other leaders within the organization to ensure financial operations run smoothly for this very dynamic, fast paced company. Key experience needed for this role:
- 12+ years of progressive experience with 5+years at the executive level.
- Investment, family office, or related financial services exp at the executive level required.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting, tax, capital markets and private investments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex financial structures and investments.
