Gibbons Whistler is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team.
As CFO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring sustainable long-term success. You’ll work closely with our CIO and senior leaders to guide key decisions that impact every part of the organization.

- You’ve built or led companies where after-tax ROIC exceeded 25%
- You operate like a capital allocator—not just a budget manager
- You’ve run finance like a value creation lab, not a cost center
- You’re comfortable navigating and deploying float-based revenue models, presale cash flows, and deferred revenue structures
- You bring a mini-CEO mindset—able to zoom from balance sheet to bar shift
Cultural Alignment Matters
This isn’t a back-office role - you’ll:
- Participate in bar reviews, venue audits, and guest journey mapping
- Hold teams (including our senior leaders) accountable to the Gibbons Way and Gibbons Business Systems performance standards
- Challenge bad growth and protect the long-term brand
