Job Description:
Goli Nutrition Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Vancouver, BC. As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring the health and sustainability of our operations, and leading major strategic initiatives aligned with our growth objectives. This is an executive-level role reporting directly to the CEO, with high visibility across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Oversee risk management, capital investments, and funding strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial financial regulations
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial health of the company to stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic decisions affecting the company’s direction and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA designation is an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial executive role
- Proven leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience in brand management and/or wealth management is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal record check

- Work must be completed on-site at the Vancouver office (remote work is not available)
