Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Base Salary: $100,000-130,000 based on years of experience and skillset
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Work model: Hybrid
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel may be required
Reports to: Dr. Kurt Tamaru, President
Job Summary:
We are seeking a nimble, proactive Business Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations and help us scale strategically. The ideal candidate is a startup-savvy generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can collaborate with functional stakeholders, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. In this role, you will identify trends, drive processes, and build scalable solutions. With a product launch on the horizon and headcount planning underway, this role has the opportunity to shape the operational infrastructure and grow into a leadership-level position over time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven room orchestration systems to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate effectively across software, hardware, marketing, sales, and executive partners to keep key stakeholders informed and meet project milestones.
- Synchronize financial functions ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on the integration of advanced healthcare AI tools, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in operational management, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily logistics, vendor coordination, and facilities-related needs, working with multiple vendors for sourcing
- Handle customer service queries and ensure consistent satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leadership, product, and customers to drive solutions
- Process Improvement & Problem Solving
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement scalable solutions
- Develop future-focused systems to streamline service delivery and internal coordination
- Strategic Growth & Leadership
- Help define future operations and team structure
- Potential to evolve into an Operations leadership role or Chief of Staff role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with manufacturing and healthcare industry
- Experience in a start up environment
- Experience with MRP, ordering processes, and inventory management
