Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce CPQ Support Specialist to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and configuration for our Salesforce CPQ platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core CPQ features including
bundle configuration,
product rules,
option constraints,
price rules,
discount schedules, and
quote management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth CPQ operations and enhance the quoting process.
Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Strong knowledge of CPQ components:
- Bundle Configuration
- Product Rules
- Option Constraints
- Price Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Quote Templates and Quote Management
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support and collaboration.
