Job Description
The Head of CPQ and Order Management has overall accountability for the organization that builds and maintains applications and solutions used in the CPQ and Order Management functions across Nokia Business Groups. The role is the owner of all applications within this domain and all application development programs, including traditional CPQ (configuration, pricing, quoting), order intake, order structuring, and order orchestration.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Manage a large multi-year portfolio of projects and programs (SAP and non-SAP ecosystem) for CPQ and order management. Drive prioritization, governance roadmap and planning of the related program funnel.
- Full ownership of applications within the domain (around 50 applications)
- Create and maintain strategic and tactical application roadmaps with business stakeholders
- Manage and optimize service costs of the applications under ownership
- Partner with senior stakeholders, ensure project and program deliverables align to business objectives and deliver anticipated benefits.
- Manage a team of solution architects and product owners to ensure all aspects of the SDLC are covered (release management, requirements, design, build, test, data migration, cut over, go live and change management)
- IT Business partnership with CPQ and Order Management organizations
- Manage agreed budgets, driving value out of software and services contracts
- Ensure scope is controlled through effective governance
- Use internal and external networks to build effective teams and comprehend trends that Nokia needs to be aware of influencing CPQ and OM/ERP strategies.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited college/university
- 10-15 years of experience in the CPQ and Order Management domain in IT delivering large cross-functional programs and owning a large portfolio of applications
- Managed budget of up to 25m EUR per annum
- Managed overall team sizes of up to 100 internal and external resources across geographies
- Extensive experience in IT, with direct experience leading ERP organizations
- Proven track record of implementing global CPQ and OM solutions (minimum 20,000 users, across multiple geographies, Leading internal, 3rd party and external partners
- Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
- Establish governance processes to manage timelines, scope, risk, actions, issues and facilitate fast decision-making
Nice to have
- MBA
- Good knowledge of business processes in the field of CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Supply Chain and Procurement
- Worked in the Telecommunications sector
