The Sitch
We’ve got a product that delights users and drives real business impact for banks and credit unions. Our growth is strong, and now we’re scaling up our go-to-market engine. That means we need someone to help build the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and operations. That someone could be you.
The Fit
The ideal fit for this role is someone like this:
You’ve got a couple of years of professional experience and are looking for your next step. You’re organized, detail-oriented, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and ideally have some experience working with CRMs and/or MAPs (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce - whatever!)
You like solving problems, making systems run smoother, and helping salespeople do their jobs better.
Your professional profile might include:
- Experience working with data in tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.
- A natural knack for organization, documentation, and process
- Curiosity around go-to-market strategy and operations
- A willingness to do some dirty work and serve as a first line of support for our all-star BSE and BSR teams

The Gig
Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day (and growing into):
- Working with the RevOps Manager to prep and clean prospect data for campaigns and events
- Supporting Sales & Product Marketing by digging into Gong calls and Sales Nav to uncover insights (buyer roles, objections, trends, etc.)
- Contributing to our sales enablement hub — onboarding docs, playbooks, training content
- Becoming a go-to support person for reps when something breaks (routing, workflows, etc.)
- Keeping our CRM and prospect data clean and enriched
- Helping manage permissions, dropdowns, and fields in our sales tools
- Pitching in on special projects like account list uploads and territory segmentation
