About the role
You will run outbound campaigns from end to end and build the systems that power predictable revenue. This role blends rev ops, growth, and sales enablement. You will improve data quality, increase outbound performance, and give leadership clear visibility into what drives meetings and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Run outbound campaigns and improve performance across email, calls, and social.
- Build repeatable workflows for prospecting, targeting, routing, and follow up.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and dashboards that show funnel health.
- Write, test, and iterate outbound messaging with fast experimentation.
- Identify bottlenecks and fix them with better processes or automation.
What success looks like
- Outbound campaigns run consistently and hit reply and meeting targets.
- CRM and reporting reflect reality and help the team take action.
- Sales reps receive high intent conversations every week.
Requirements
- Experience running outbound campaigns directly.
- Experience in rev ops or growth within a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong skills in CRM management, data hygiene, and enrichment workflows.
- Ability to write clear outbound messages and run experiments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
