Chief Financial Officer – Lead with Strategy, Integrity, and Performance

Liquid Soap Products is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can drive financial excellence, champion operational efficiency, and serve as a strategic partner across all departments. This is not a back-office position, it’s a mission critical leadership role for someone who gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to lead a growing, values driven manufacturing company.

You’ll be responsible for much more than numbers. You’ll oversee Finance, Purchasing, ERP excellence and HR guiding the organization with insight, accuracy, and accountability. We need someone who thrives on performance, embraces continuous improvement, and knows how to build and lead strong, efficient teams.
What You’ll Own:
Financial Strategy & Oversight
- Lead all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
- Drive financial planning that supports short and long-term business objectives
- Own the integrity of financial reporting and ensure full GAAP compliance
Operational Finance for Manufacturing
- Monitor and improve cost of goods sold, inventory management, labor absorption, and margin performance
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate costing, variance analysis, and purchasing controls
- Leverage ERP data (Acumatica or similar) to create visibility and drive data-informed decisions
Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Oversee purchasing strategy, contract negotiations, and cost control
- Create systems that align purchasing with forecasting, production schedules, and cash flow
- Build strategic vendor relationships to reduce risk and improve pricing
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead HR in a way that strengthens culture, compliance, and retention
- Oversee benefits, payroll, policy development, and labor law adherence
- Partner with department leaders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance alignment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), including implementation or optimization experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and cost accounting
- Experience overseeing purchasing and HR functions
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive decision-making
- Operates with integrity, accountability, and a team-first mindset
