Growing private equity backed IT Services/cybersecurity services company is looking for a CFO. The company is seeking a forward-thinking financial leader to guide it through its next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team
- Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Build and scale financial infrastructure, systems, and controls
- Provide leadership to a team of four direct reports in the finance and accounting function
- Oversee capital structure, cash management, and performance metrics
- Drive financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvement
- Lead all M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition financial planning
- Serve as the key financial liaison with private equity investors and board members
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven CFO or senior finance executive with experience in private equity-backed companies
- Strong track record in FP&A, strategic finance, and team leadership
- M&A experience required, including leading transactions and integration efforts
- Industry background in cybersecurity or tech-enabled services preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving leadership
- Strategic and hands-on, with a strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Experience:
- CFO level: 3 years (Preferred)
- IT Services industry: 5 years (Preferred)
