Benefits
Total Target Compensation: $281,250–$364,500
Designed for builders, not maintainers ️:
- Base Salary: $225,000–$270,000
- Performance Incentive: 25–35% of base (tied to decision velocity , scenario accuracy , and system reflex benchmarks )
