The Sales Operations Analyst supports the commercial organization (Sales & Marketing) with the tools, data, and processes needed to operate efficiently. This role focuses on enabling sales and marketing performance through reporting, systems support, and data quality. The analyst ensures go-to-market teams have the resources and insights needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Data & Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline, campaign performance, quota attainment, etc.
- Training Coordination: Support onboarding and training for sales and marketing tools, events, etc (e.g., CRM, Gong, outreach platforms, Conferences).
- Territory & Quota Support: Assist in planning and tracking sales territories and quotas.
- Data Quality: Ensure CRM data integrity across accounts, contacts, campaign information, etc.
- Customer Lifecycle Process Improvement: Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline workflows and ensure smooth lead flow from campaigns, sales, and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting/analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both Sales and Marketing teams.

The base pay range for this role is $72,000 – $85,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices: Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.
