What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Reporting & BI Manager of Revenue Operations within our Revenue Operations division. This position falls under our NA Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of scalable, insightful reporting solutions and dashboards within Revenue Operations (RevOps). This role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver business-critical intelligence and empower others with actionable data. You will report directly to Sales Reporting Manager and regularly collaborate with team(s) other departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable dashboards, reports, and data models to support GTM (go-to-market) teams in decision-making and operational execution.
- Managing, developing, and delegating tasks to a small team of reporting analysts, ensuring continuous on-time production of key deliverables.
- Leveraging tools like Salesforce, Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI to develop robust and automated reporting workflows.
- Translating complex business requirements into efficient, reusable analytics solutions that provide clear insights and drive improved performance.
- Working closely with RevOps and executive leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and trustworthiness of reporting through meticulous data validation, governance, and QA practices.
- Promoting self-service BI adoption and data literacy across GTM teams through proper documentation and support for L&D efforts.
- Collaborating with data engineering and analytics partners to ensure seamless integration across systems (e.g., Salesforce, cloud data platforms, PowerBI).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize reporting efficiency and insight generation
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics role, preferably within a Revenue Operations or GTM-facing function.
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and Power BI, including a strong track record of building scalable, user-friendly reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of GTM metrics and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks, governance practices, and operational reporting.
- Background in SaaS, tech, financial services, or high-growth environments.
