Job Title: Sales and Operations Support Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales, Admin & Operations Support Person to provide vital day-to-day assistance to our Sales Team, Administrative Staff, and Operations Manager. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can balance office coordination duties with on-site support across various housing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Sales Support
- Coordinate communications and project updates between sales staff and management
- Respond to phone calls and emails from clients, trades, and housing consultants
- Assist in preparing, filing, and managing paperwork such as building permits and New Home Warranty forms
- Maintain records of warranty work and trade scheduling
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as data entry, document preparation, and follow-up tasks
Operations & Field Support
- Schedule and communicate with trades (e.g., plumbers, electricians) to ensure timely service delivery
- Visit job sites to conduct inspections, take photos, and report progress to the Operations Manager
- Conduct on-site tasks such as water testing and activating water systems in new builds
- Coordinate delivery logistics and meet suppliers at job sites
- Pick up and deliver materials between suppliers and project locations
- Liaise with NB Power to initiate work orders and confirm power hook-up commitment dates
Qualifications:
· General knowledge of customer service and office coordination
· Experience or familiarity with the housing or construction industry is an asset
· Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel through southern NB
