Description:
The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a dual role in managing sales compensation plans and driving sales operations excellence. This position is responsible for the accurate design, implementation, calculation and analysis of commission plans, alongside maintaining sales process efficiency and data hygiene within Salesforce.com and related CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission Management: Develop, audit, and analyze sales compensation plans to ensure timely and accurate commission payments. Provide insights to sales leadership on plan effectiveness.

Revenue Operations: Manage and optimize sales processes, ensuring data integrity and hygiene in Salesforce.com. Support sales teams by streamlining workflows and enhancing CRM utilization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, HR and Salesforce administrators to implement sales initiatives and maintain process alignment. Serve as a liaison for Revenue operations projects.

Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to commissions and sales data. Maintain accurate client and sales data within CRM systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

3-5 years’ experience in commission analysis, sales operations, or revenue operations roles.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com is essential, with experience in CRM data management and sales process optimization.

Skilled in data analysis and BI tools such as Excel and Qlik (preferred).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
