Our organization is experiencing exciting growth with the recent acquisition of a new facility and plans for expansion, including a new clinic in Aurora, NC. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and help drive strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Position Summary: The CFO of a Federally Qualified Health Center oversees financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, planning, cash flow management, and federal compliance. They align financial strategies with the mission to provide quality healthcare to underserved communities, report directly to the CEO, and are a key leadership team member.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the healthcare finance sector, demonstrate a deep understanding of FQHC operations, and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills. They will be instrumental in identifying and implementing innovative financial solutions that support our mission, fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility, and navigating the complexities of healthcare funding. Required Qualifications:
· Masters degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
· Extensive experience in healthcare finance, ideally within a FQHC setting
· Strong understanding of federal regulations governing FQHCs
· Proven leadership skills in managing financial operations and teams
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders

Pay: $90,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year
