Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving profitability through effective financial management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial leadership, cost accounting, and commercial real estate strategy/accounting, with a proven ability to negotiate and manage supply chain costs effectively.
Duties
- Assist the owner in analyzing prospective real estate transactions.
- Assist the owner with obtaining financing for real estate projects.
- Lead the accounting function for the manufacturing operations.
- Financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including profit and loss accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide insights on financial performance and trends to support business growth initiatives.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of profit loss management and cost accounting principles.
