We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Intern to support and optimize core operational processes within our wholesale B2B business. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing backend operations across supply chain, sales support, and customer fulfillment — while also contributing to improving internal systems and workflows. You’ll work closely with a cross-cultural team across 10+ countries, gaining exposure to diverse business practices, as well as insight into how our B2B product offerings evolve to meet client needs across regions.
1. Routine Operational Support
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, inventory, and client accounts
- Support coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of standard B2B processes
2. Process Optimization
- Review and help refine internal workflows for efficiency (e.g. order lifecycle, vendor coordination)
- Identify bottlenecks and assist in creating documentation and SOPs
- Contribute to automation or system upgrades in collaboration with operations and tech teams
- Assist in implementation and testing of process improvements
3. Product Evolution & Market Feedback
- Help collect and organize product and client feedback from regional sales teams
- Support analysis of product mix performance across markets
- Observe how customer requirements influence updates to SKUs, packaging, or service terms
- Participate in internal discussions on product offering strategies for different B2B segments
- Gain real-world experience in wholesale B2B operations, including supply chain and client servicing
- Work with a diverse international team across 10+ countries, learning how regional nuances affect operations
- Develop cross-functional exposure across operations, sales, and product
- See firsthand how operational excellence drives client satisfaction and scalable growth
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Highly organized and attentive to detail, especially in routine processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow tools is a plus
- A clear communicator with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Practical B2B operations experience across order management, logistics, and vendor coordination
