Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management, accounting, operations, and strategic planning. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, taxes, and providing insightful analysis to support business development and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance including SOX and GAAP standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial threats.
- Lead mergers & acquisitions activities, ensuring thorough market analysis and due diligence.
- Supervise cash flow management strategies.
- Provide leadership in financial reporting for the leadership team.
- Oversee expense management, cost control, deparmetneal budgets and revenue margins adn mix to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts through sound financial planning.
- Good understanding of sales processes, business operations, and credit risk
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes through effective team leadership and mentoring.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within finance or accounting, preferably as a CFO or equivalent position.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with operational aspects of a manufacturing business.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, and business analysis skills.
- Experience with technical accounting issues including, payroll management, tax accounting and reporting, and cost accounting methodologies.
- Proficient in using Intuit (Q.B.) financial software system for accounting and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong acumen for strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving organizational objectives. Pay: $105,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year
