As CFO, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and COO to oversee all financial operations, drive long-term financial strategy, and guide the company’s continued growth. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for financial planning, reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Manage compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
Lead financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
Optimize operational processes and cost management within a manufacturing environment.
Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational initiatives.
Present financial reports and insights to the CEO.

Qualifications

CPA license (active) required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven experience inmanufacturing or related industries.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.

Job Type: Full-time
