The Chief Financial Officer will own global financial strategy and build the financial infrastructure required for profitable, sustainable growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leaders, translating financial and operational data into clear decisions on growth, investment, pricing, margin, cash, and risk. This leader will oversee the finance function across multiple subsidiaries and currencies while strengthening forecasting, controls, reporting, and commercial discipline. The ideal candidate is both enterprise-minded and hands-on: equally comfortable shaping long-range strategy, challenging assumptions, and ensuring the fundamentals are executed with accuracy and speed.
