Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to join our team. This role will be a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) while driving alignment across Sales, Marketing and Insights. This role is responsible for optimizing systems, processes and data to increase revenue performance and scalability. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on improving workflows, enabling teams and making data actionable. You will play a critical role in maximizing revenue growth and supporting our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Stack & Systems Management
- Administer and evolve the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including configuration, reporting and user training, to support revenue goals and user adoption
Revenue Performance & Insights
- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for the CRO and senior leadership
- Identify revenue trends and growth opportunities through data analysis
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations and sales strategies
Governance & Data Integrity
- Ensure CRM and other revenue-related systems maintain high-quality, reliable data
- Establish data hygiene processes and audit routines
- Enforce compliance with pipeline management, activity logging and reporting standards
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Standardize and improve lead-to-revenue processes and tracking across sales, marketing and insights teams
- Own and optimize the revenue funnel from lead generation to renewal/expansion
Planning & Enablement
- Support annual, quarterly and monthly revenue planning and projections
- Collaborate with the CRO to ensure teams have the tools, training, and content to execute effectively
- Provide training and support to teams on revenue operations processes, tools and best practices
- Act as a partner in onboarding revenue team members into systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficient in CRM systems and revenue tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, data-driven and highly organized
Preferred Attributes:
- Background in market research, consulting or other knowledge-based services
- Familiarity with buyer journey in insight-driven or complex solution sales
For Curion’s Revenue Operations Associate position, we offer a starting salary range of 80,000-95,000 plus bonus eligibility based on the qualifications and experience of each individual. Curion offers a benefits package for this position which includes:
