Role Overview
We’re seeking a Director of Growth who is both a strategist and a hands-on executor — someone who can design and own our full Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, marketing plan, and sales plan while leading high-performing marketing and sales teams.
This role demands a unique mix of systems thinking, process discipline, and direct sales acumen. You will build automated, AI-powered growth systems and workflows that drive scalability, quality, and efficiency, while also being ready to personally engage with prospects and close deals. Your primary objective: convert at least 50% of qualified leads into paying customers and upon presenting an offer we will clarify the number of expected qualified leads that you must generate at an expected cost per lead.
You’ll work closely with company leadership to generate and nurture leads, create high-impact growth campaigns, and implement best-in-class automation that keeps our pipeline full and conversion rates high.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and own the full GTM plan, including marketing, sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
- AI-Driven Growth Systems – Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate lead generation, nurturing, outreach, and follow-up at scale.
- Pipeline Ownership – Oversee and optimize the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion, with clear metrics for every stage.
- Hands-On Sales Execution – Personally engage with prospects via calls, demos, and presentations to close deals and set a standard for the sales team.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing – Work with marketing and sales teams to create high-quality lead pipelines and ensure effective nurturing programs.
- Conversion Accountability – Achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from qualified leads to paying customers.
- Team Leadership – Hire, train, and inspire a high-performance growth team, fostering a results-oriented culture with accountability and ownership.
- Process & Systems Optimization – Build repeatable, scalable processes for marketing and sales operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and predictability.
- Collaboration with Leadership – Partner with the executive team to align growth initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 8+ years in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles, with proven success in SaaS or B2B tech companies.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to design and execute GTM strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- AI Proficiency: Experience implementing AI-powered marketing automation, sales enablement, and analytics tools.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to personally close deals and coach teams to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Process-Driven: Strong ability to design, document, and scale growth processes that produce consistent, repeatable outcomes.
- Data Orientation: Skilled at using metrics, dashboards, and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Leadership: Ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Hustle & Adaptability: Willingness to roll up sleeves, get on the phone, and pivot quickly when needed to meet targets.
