Job Role:
Amalfi Jets is hiring a VP of Go-To-Market (Sales) to own how revenue is generated, scaled, and operationalized across the company.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, systems, and execution. You will work directly with the President of Sales and executive team to design and implement our GTM strategy—how leads are generated, qualified, converted, and retained—then build the sales engine that turns demand into predictable revenue.
This is a builder role, not a caretaker role.You’ll be responsible for creating the foundation that allows a lean sales team to scale fast without chaos.
No aviation experience required. We’re looking for someone who understands modern GTM motion, funnels, and systems—and can execute relentlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the company’s go-to-market strategy, from lead acquisition to close
- Architect a scalable revenue funnel across inbound, outbound, and partnerships
- Design and implement sales pipelines, stages, and lifecycle logic in HubSpot
- Build talk tracks, ICP definitions, qualification frameworks, and objection handling
- Align sales and marketing on messaging, lead quality, handoffs, and conversion metrics
- Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (HubSpot CRM, Gong.io, Outlook, Slack)
- Turn call data, pipeline data, and funnel analytics into GTM improvements
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and performance dashboards
- Build onboarding, enablement, and playbooks for future sales hires
- Identify friction across the GTM motion and eliminate it aggressively
- Act as a hands-on operator and strategic GTM partner to leadership
What We're Looking For/Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or GTM roles, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment
- Proven experience building or scaling go-to-market and sales systems
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motion: funnels, ICPs, qualification, conversion
- Deep familiarity with CRMs—HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Experience using call intelligence or enablement tools (Gong.io or similar)
- Highly analytical, systems-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, speed, and ownership
- Aviation experience not required

Schedule:
Full-Time, In-office / Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 4 PM at our Global HQ in Calabasas, CA 91302.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 USD
OTE Earnings: $275,000 - 525,000+ USD
