Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst (Part-Time, Hourly Basis)
Location: Remote, Any Location in India (Preferred candidates from Kolkata)

Availability Required: Six days a week – For Part-Time Position, 3 to 5 working hours per day; may be required to be available for online meetings between 10:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST on Saturdays and Sundays (flexible timings).
Office Timings: Between 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST – Flexible Timings.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team on a part-time, hourly-paid basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HubSpot CRM management, analytics, automation, and go-to-market operations, with a track record of delivering actionable insights to leadership. This role is critical in building and maintaining data-driven processes that optimize revenue performance, sales efficiency, and marketing ROI.
Skill Profile
Must-Have Technical Skills
- CRM Mastery: HubSpot (workflows, reporting, lead scoring) — Salesforce is a plus.
- Analytics: Funnel analysis, pipeline velocity, conversion tracking.
- Automation: Zapier/Make, HubSpot workflows, Slack/Email alerts.
- Data Tools: Google Sheets (advanced formulas), Looker Studio, GA4.
- SQL Basics: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, window functions for pipeline reporting.
Business/Process Skills
- Stage definitions & SLA documentation.
- Process mapping (lead routing, sales handoffs).
- Audit & diagnostic presentation building.
- Change management — rolling out CRM/process updates.
- Must be good in English communication.
Soft Skills
- Executive-ready communication.
- Comfortable presenting dashboards to C-suite.
- Writes clear SOPs.
- Can handle fast iteration with incomplete data.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Mastery – Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, reporting, lead scoring, and data integrity. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Analytics & Reporting – Conduct funnel analysis, pipeline velocity tracking, conversion metrics, and GA4/Looker Studio reporting.
- Automation – Implement and maintain automations using Zapier/Make and HubSpot workflows; set up Slack/email alerts.
- Process Mapping – Define sales stages, SLAs, and lead routing processes; create SOPs for key workflows.
- Change Management – Plan, document, and roll out CRM/process updates to stakeholders.
- Executive Reporting – Build and present dashboards and quarterly audits to the leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure data consistency and operational alignment.
Experience Target
- 3–5 years in RevOps, BizOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, performance marketing agencies, or growth-stage startups (Series A–C).
- Direct history of building a CRM from scratch or doing a major rebuild.
- Has delivered client-facing audits or quarterly business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good Knowledge in AI tools and new technology.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications (Green Flags)
- Must have Bachelor’s or equivalent certification; proven executive-ready communication; clear SOP writing; fast iteration with incomplete data.
- HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification, HubSpot Reporting Certification.
- Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Software, or HubSpot Sales Software.
- Google Analytics 4 Certification, Looker Studio/Data Studio Certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (if dual-stack).
- Zapier Certified Expert or Make Partner Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (process improvement).
- MEDDICC, SPICED, or Challenger Sales framework familiarity.

Salary Range and Compensation:
- Part-Time, Hourly Basis – Pay will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and skill set.
- The proposed salary for this position is competitive and aligned with the market standards in West Bengal, India. Based on the candidate's experience and skills, the monthly salary range will be between INR 30,000 to INR 50,000. The annual CTC (Cost to Company) will range from INR 3,60,000 to INR 6,00,000, inclusive of performance bonuses and benefits. It will be calculated on hourly basis.
Performance Metrics:
- Success in this role will be measured. Performance reviews will be conducted regularly to assess impact and areas for improvement.
