About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientated and process-driven Revenue Operations Executive to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This role is central to maintaining CRM hygiene, improving pipeline visibility, supporting proposal creation, managing campaigns, and standardising sales processes. The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills, excellent documentation habits, and thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal & Presentation Support
Support the Sales team in preparing client-ready proposals of all types:
- Commercial proposals
- Technical proposals
- RFP/RFI submissions
- Deal decks and capability presentations
Maintain standardised proposal templates, pricing sheets, and content libraries.
Ensure proposals and presentations are accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time.
2. Marketing Support
Help run and measure performance of:
- Email campaigns
- Webinars
- In-person events
- Lead nurture funnels
Track campaign metrics (open rates, registrations, conversions, SQLs).
Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely follow-up on leads from events, webinars and campaigns.
3. Process Standardisation & Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain Sales SOPs, playbooks, and process documents.
- Standardise workflows for lead management, proposal approvals, handovers, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain shared repositories for sales templates and documentation.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
4. CRM Management & Data Hygiene
- Maintain, clean, and optimise CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage lead, contact, account, and opportunity updates in real time.
- Build dashboards, automate workflows, and ensure consistent pipeline visibility.
- Conduct weekly CRM audits to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
5. Sales Pipeline & Forecasting Support
- Assist SDR/BDR and Sales teams with pipeline creation, tracking, and forecasting.
- Ensure timely lead routing, qualification, and opportunity stage updates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports for leadership.
- Track sales activity metrics and identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong organisational discipline.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and prepare clear business reports.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.).
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and GTM funnels.
- Experience creating playbooks, templates, or process documents.
- Knowledge of ESG and Sustainability frameworks and compliances.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
