As we continue to scale, we’re transitioning to operate with the sophistication of a multi–family office—reflecting the level of asset management, capital structure, and investor relations we now require.
We’re seeking a CFO/Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning, investor relations, and capital-raising efforts in support of continued growth.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for ensuring our financial presentation and forecasting are optimized for maximum valuation and loan capacity.
You will work closely with ownership and key stakeholders to prepare lender-ready and investor-ready financials, model future growth scenarios, and identify opportunities to improve debt coverage and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve company financial reporting and forecasting
- Model multiple funding scenarios and advise on capital structure optimization
- Work with ownership to prepare pro forma statements and loan capacity models
- Identify and quantify operational savings and efficiency gains
- Prepare clean, compelling financial packages for lenders, investors, and partners
- Support strategic planning for acquisitions and other growth initiatives
- Lead investor relations and ensure timely, accurate communications with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven CFO, VP of Finance, or Senior Financial Strategist experience in multi-entity or asset-heavy industries
- Strong track record in debt financing strategy, SBA lending, or institutional fundraising
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financials to non-finance audiences

Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives tied to financing and growth milestones.

Pay: $97,497.42 - $117,416.25 per year
