Business Operations Assistant

Duties:
- Conduct industry market research, gathering and organizing the latest information, policies, and project documents;
- Assist the CEO in developing project plans, defining objectives, task assignments, and timelines to ensure smooth progress;
- Maintain real-time communication with the team, coordinate problem-solving, and engage in effective business negotiations with partners to ensure accurate information exchange;
- Collect client feedback regularly, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimization solutions;
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify project authenticity and drive the cooperation process forward
- Help with internal coordination and communication between departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
- Uphold high standards of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities .
Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Administration, International Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel within USA for business purposes (occasional travel within the province with full expenses covered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers
