As a
Sales Operations Lead at Verafin, reporting to the
VP of Sales, you’ll be a strategic force behind our growth in the Anti-Financial Crime and SaaS space.
A "hands-on" Sales Operations Lead is a professional who not only manages and optimizes sales processes, tools, and strategy but also directly implements these changes and handles day-to-day tasks to support the sales team. This dual role involves a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, and tactical execution, such as customizing CRM systems, building reports, and providing direct assistance with training and process improvements.
By partnering across Sales, Sales Development, Finance, and Compliance, you’ll drive scalable improvements, deliver high-impact reporting, and foster collaboration that propels our strategic goals forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Empower Sales and Sales Development teams with tools, insights, and tailored automations to drive success within our SaaS framework
- Analyze complex data sets and KPIs to guide strategy, improve performance, and support long-term planning
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Highspot), including exploring AI-powered tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally - including Finance and Compliance, to align tools, processes, and data accuracy with business goals and policies
- Create compelling data visualizations and stay current with best practices in data storytelling and operational reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to design and deploy Salesforce dashboards and reports tailored to SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Strong familiarity with sales forecasting, enablement, and engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Highspot, Outreach)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing hiring models to support team planning and growth
- Ability to create PowerPoint templates for executive-level communications
- A proactive, challenger mindset with a passion for driving innovation and process improvement
