Looking for an experienced program leader to drive a Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud and CPQ transformation for a Telecom company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B sales processes within the Telecom industry and a strong track record of leading cross-functional programs. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on business outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud and CPQ program, ensuring alignment with Telecom-specific sales strategies
- Collaborate with Client's sales, operations, and IT teams to optimize B2B workflows and improve sales efficiency
- Manage program milestones, stakeholder communications, and change management across the organization
- Translate business needs into actionable program goals without requiring technical implementation skills.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the Telecom industry, specifically in B2B sales environments
- Proven success in leading large-scale sales transformation or CRM programs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ capabilities from a business perspective
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
