Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the manufacturing industry, with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, capital management, and ERP systems. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction, optimizing financial performance, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee cost accounting functions to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- Manage financial risks, liquidity, capital structure, and working capital requirements.
- Lead treasury, tax planning, compliance, and audit processes.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for better financial reporting and manufacturing performance tracking.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and cost drivers across the supply chain, production, and logistics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and automation in financial processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and CA degree must
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, CAPEX management, and inventory controls.
- Proficient in SAP business one module
- Experience in strategic financial planning, M&A, and capital raising is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
