IDLah is Singapore’s leading home & living events platform , connecting renovation-ready homeowners with trusted interior designers and lifestyle brands .
We host curated events that make it easy for homeowners to compare IDs, explore design ideas, and discover exclusive renovation deals — all in one place.
We’re looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Events & Business Operations Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys talking to people, and takes pride in delivering top-notch experiences both online and on-ground.
As a core member of our operations team, you’ll wear multiple hats — from customer success to event execution and business growth.
Lead & Customer Engagement
- Manage homeowner enquiries across WhatsApp, CRM, and calls — guide them from RSVP to event day.
- Conduct outbound calls to confirm attendance and qualify leads.
Provide responsive, friendly, and solution-driven support online and offline.
Event Management
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics , from setup to tear-down.
- Coordinate with vendors, interior designers, and part-time staff for smooth on-ground execution.
Represent IDLah on-site — ensure guests are well taken care of and operations run seamlessly.
Business & Operations
- Work closely with the Founders and Team Lead to align on strategy, goals, and KPIs.
- Assist in business development — support onboarding of new partners, brands, and collaborators.
Maintain organized systems, CRM updates, and follow-up reports.
Team Coordination
- Lead and train part-time event crews , ensuring they deliver excellent service.
- Track attendance, incentives, and task delegation.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, people-first, and thrives on ownership.
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills — confident over text, calls, and in person
✅ Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or lead-management software
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented — you love checklists, clear systems, and smooth ops
✅ Hands-on, adaptable, and calm under pressure — especially during event days
✅ Willing to work some weekends (event days)
✅ Singapore-based, with experience in events, sales, operations, or customer success
Experience in the interior design / home & living / renovation space is a big plus!
Professional growth in event management, customer experience, and business operations
