Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and help guide Huntington Billboards through its next stage of rapid growth. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, capital structure, risk management, and financial strategy. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment and has the ability to build systems for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
Develop financial strategies to support company growth, acquisitions, and long-term sustainability.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance functions.
Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making by the CEO and leadership team.
Partner with operations to improve efficiency, manage costs, and optimize capital allocation.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and other financial partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally with exposure to multi-location operations, construction, or real estate assets.
Proven success in managing financial strategy for a growth-oriented company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and corporate finance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
