Looking for a CFO role that goes beyond the ordinary? We manage multi-entity, multi-fund programs-including federally funded debt and equity funds-and need a hands-on financial leader who's as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are setting policy.
This is a working CFO role-a blend of CFO and Controller-where you'll oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and partner directly with clients, auditors, and banks. As CFO, you'll lead by doing: guiding compliance, mentoring a strong finance team, and delivering the financial clarity and accountability that fuels public-private partnerships, small business growth, and stronger communities.

Ability to perform core accounting functions with accuracy and discipline.
Integrity, transparency, and strong communication skills-able to "tell the story from the numbers."
Competitive salary: $135,000 – $170,000
