General Manager – Operations & Sales Leadership
Job Summary
We are seeking a disciplined, results-driven General Manager to take command of our organization’s operations and sales. This role is not for the faint of heart — it requires a leader with a militant approach to accountability, precision, and execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in management, B2B sales, and technical sales, and thrives in a no-excuses, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where performance is measured by results, not effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce operational discipline across all departments to ensure standards, deadlines, and KPIs are consistently met.
- Lead and direct outside sales efforts with strict weekly performance tracking and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans with measurable objectives and timelines.
- Manage B2B client relationships with a focus on contract negotiations, profitability, and retention.
- Oversee Salesforce usage with zero tolerance for incomplete data or inaccurate reporting.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategy immediately.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions without delay.
- Build a high-performance culture based on accountability, structure, and precision.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met every time — no excuses.
Requirements
- Proven track record of enforcing accountability and driving results in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, specifically in B2B or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) with an insistence on accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability with measurable results to prove it.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and correct course immediately.
- Experience in technical sales strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with command presence.
- Must thrive in a high-pressure environment where standards are non-negotiable.

Pay: $57,880.57 - $69,705.63 per year
