Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Export Sales Operations Co-ordinator for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. This integral role will focus on managing and streamlining our export operations, working closely with various teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the logistics of our export sales, coordinating key customer communications, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all relevant export regulations. You will act as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics, evaluating performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing improvements to operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all export bookings and logistics provider communications
- Processing customer orders, invoicing, and inventory management
- Coordinating shipping schedules with production timelines
- Participating in weekly and monthly sales and operational meetings
- Providing support for customer inquiries and issue resolution
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export operations or logistics coordination. You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A good understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements is essential.
This position is remote, with occasional travel to our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire, and to Edinburgh for meetings.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, totaling 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility available.
