Growing P commercial services company is looking for an experienced CFO. This company has both industrial and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with a hands-on approach, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking KPIs and metrics, analyzing business trends, and preparing comprehensive financial reporting packages.
- Conduct detailed analytics, such as slicing and dicing data, trend analysis, and creating dashboards to support executive-level decision-making.
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic finance initiatives that support the company growth objectives and long-term vision.
- Integrate acquisitions seamlessly into the organization by identifying synergies and growth opportunities, focusing on platform-building rather than deal sourcing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, private equity partners, and board members to communicate the company’s financial position and provide data-driven, actionable insights.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive performance while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create a financially sensitive culture enterprise-wide, which views finance and accounting to be a force-multiplier to the business, and a necessary go-to in all business decision making.
- Develop a strong relationship plus maintain flexibility and adaptability with key business leaders to develop KPIs and ensure enterprise-wide understanding of the key drivers of profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record serving as the head of finance.
- Proven ability to professionalize the finance function and build out foundational infrastructure to support a growing business.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Experience in mid-market companies with revenues between $50-200M. Ideal candidate is familiar with a field service business model.
- Strong people leader with ability to manage, mentor, and grow the finance, HR, and IT functions.
- Experience working with a private equity is required.
- Experience with analytics systems (e.g., BI tools) is preferred.
- Expertise in Excel for advanced financial modeling and analysis.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments.
- Strong executive presence, detail-oriented with excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
