Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (based in Melbourne), this role will own Firmable’s revenue operations function, working across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure our go-to-market engine runs smoothly and at scale. You’ll be the backbone of our commercial team, enabling efficiency, visibility, and growth through systems, data, processes, and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales reporting and dashboards – weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad hoc, and real-time – providing leadership with accurate insights and forecasts
- Manage HubSpot CRM, including administration, workflow management, automations, data quality, and integrations
- Review and optimise the sales tech and martech stack, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, adoption, and ROI
- Ensure data integrity across systems and processes, enabling accurate pipeline management, attribution, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on revenue forecasting, target-setting, and KPI reporting
- Own partner reporting, tooling, and revenue share payment management to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Partner with sales leaders on account allocation, territory design, and outbound targeting strategies
- Support sales enablement initiatives in collaboration with management – including Notion documentation, playbooks, automation, and process improvements
- Assist in building and executing sales and marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Smartlead
- Leverage Firmable’s data for CRM enrichment, segmentation, and ongoing database hygiene
- Provide deal desk support, including deal reconciliation and Stripe configuration for complex deal structures
- Provide operational support for cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding, customer lifecycle tracking, and campaign measurement
- Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and leadership team on scaling Firmable’s revenue operations function
To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS or tech experience preferred)
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation – exposure to Smartlead or similar outbound tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with sales compensation, deal desk processes, and financial reconciliation workflows
- Experience managing sales and marketing technology stacks, including evaluation and implementation of new tools
- Excellent process design and documentation skills, with a knack for making complex workflows simple and scalable
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and resourceful, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
