Your new role:
- Assist in generating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Monitor key sales metrics and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales reps and managers to streamline processes and improve data quality within the CRM
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and help implement solutions that improve speed and accuracy
- Manage Sales tools, to provide a uniform, centralised function on best practices and access management, with associated usage reporting
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales tools and processes
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Working within Sales Operations or a similar role
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
- Well organised and self-motivated team player
- Able to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
