Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute growth strategies.
- Oversee accounting, compliance, treasury, taxation, and reporting functions in alignment with global standards.
- Ensure effective governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across operations.
- Lead capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and financial intelligence to drive business decisions and operational excellence.
- Mentor, build, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 +years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Experience in global operations, M&A, and scaling finance functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
