Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day travel and expense functions for MassMutual. This role involves customer service through ServiceNow, daily expense report audits using Concur and AppZen, payment processing, reconciliation, trend analysis, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the company’s travel and expense policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for daily audits of expense reports, ensuring adherence to the Clients Business Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy. Identify issues and recommend possible policy changes or improvements.
- Manage daily and weekly reporting, including processing new hires, terminations, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
- Address daily inquiries and manage ticket requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular trend analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with relevant resources to evaluate situations and determine necessary actions, providing informed recommendations based on your findings.
- Participate as a team member on department projects as required.

- Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in providing exceptional customer service, particularly in a business operations or travel management context.
- Auditing Skills: Experience with auditing processes and familiarity with T&E policies.
