About the Role
The Director of Revenue Operations is both a builder and operator, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and scalability of Orum’s revenue infrastructure. This leader will balance hands-on auditing and reporting with the design of scalable systems and processes that connect GTM execution with Finance. Acting as both a doer and a scaler, the Director will personally validate bookings, ARR, and deal data for accuracy, while also driving long-term improvements in systems governance, capacity modeling, and commercial policy execution. This role is critical to ensuring that every dollar of revenue is captured, tracked, and forecasted with precision, enabling Finance and GTM leadership to operate with confidence.
What you’ll do:
Own and govern revenue systems and processes across Salesforce, CPQ, contracts, and ARR tracking to ensure accuracy and scalability.
Drive data integrity across GTM and Finance by overseeing system integrations, auditing routines, and recurring reporting packages.
Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings, ARR, and revenue data, building dashboards and frameworks that scale while personally QA’ing outputs.
Lead revenue and capacity planning by consolidating GTM inputs, modeling ARR and bookings trends, and aligning with corporate forecasts.
Oversee Deal Desk operations, including approval workflows, pricing exceptions, and commercial policy compliance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes, reduce operational friction, and enable stronger financial modeling.
Act as both strategist and operator: identify issues, implement solutions, and scale repeatable processes.
Serve as the escalation point for system or process issues impacting deal flow, contracts, or revenue tracking.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a related field within high-growth SaaS or B2B environments.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ administration, governance, and integrations with Finance systems.
Strong background in revenue reporting, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
Proven track record in auditing, QA, and ensuring accuracy of high-stakes financial data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across GTM, Finance, and leadership teams.
Nice to have:
Experience supporting Deal Desk operations and commercial policy oversight.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for reporting and dashboard creation.
Comfort working in ambiguous, scaling environments.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
