CFO
Fernlea Flowers Ltd. is a North American grower and industry leader of high-quality garden and potted plants. Our headquarters is located near Delhi, Ontario, with locations in the USA. Our 2025 sales are approximately 150 million.
We have an opening for a CFO reporting to the President, as a business partner working with all functions facilitating profitable growth and long-term success.
As a member of the Senior Management team responsibilities would include:
· Lead the finance function including internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting both cost and financial
· Manage the financing of the company including banking relationships
· Collaborate with other functions and Senior Managers to support continuous business improvement
Experience:
· Strong financial background including costing
· Lead role in banking relationships
· Experienced strategic leader and business partner
· Operational experience in a manufacturing environment
· Key role in IT improvement projects
· Industry knowledge would be beneficial
Qualifications:
· Seasoned CPA with an operational background
· Strong financial and management reporting skills
· Multi-national experience with ability to travel 3-5 days per month to our Florida locations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $175,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
