Sales Operations Analyst | Business Planning & Operations

We’re hiring a senior Sales Operations / Business Planning professional to support a global consumer hardware business operating across retail and telecom channels.
This role sits within a central operations team and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain to drive planning, analytics, launches, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Partner with sales leaders to deliver data-driven insights
- Support hardware product launches end-to-end
- Drive process improvements and scalable ways of working
- Use analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve execution
- Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Sales Ops, Business Ops, Strategy, or Consulting
- Experience with consumer hardware, retail, or telco sales channels
- Strong analytics and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working across global teams
Nice to Have
- Consumer tech or hardware background
- Telco or retail launch experience
- Experience using AI or automation in day-to-day work
