The Opportunity
UP3 is growing. Fast. And evolving Sales Operations to help us scale is an essential part of maintaining that momentum; both now and into the future.
We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager with a passion for bringing technology and people together to achieve results. Someone ambitious; ready to take ownership of our CRM and the ongoing improvement of our Sales Operations function. Someone collaborative, who can support our Sales Team in delivering best-in-class customer outcomes through our sales processes.
As our business grows and evolves, we expect that you will too. But for now we’re looking for someone to be focused on:
- Taking our Sales Processes and CRM system to the next level. Partnering with our COO and Sales Director, you’ll be working to create and refine processes, embedding automation, guiding user behaviours, and creating the platform which drives sales efficiency and commercial insight.
- Creating an accurate and actionable view of Sales Performance. You’ll bring together your knowledge of HubSpot and your commercial understanding of our business to generate real insights which inform and guide sales decisions, financial planning, and resource management.
- Supporting business critical Sales Processes and enabling the Sales Team. You’ll contribute to and co-ordinate processes such as quotes and invoicing, bids and tenders, and partner deal registrations. You’ll support the smooth running of the business and co-ordination with other functions by overseeing process governance and data accuracy, taking ownership of addressing issues as needed.

Sound good? We’d love to hear from you, if you have:
- Proven experience of owning and improving Sales Operations or Revenue Operations processes and outcomes, ideally within a Software Consultancy or Managed Service Provider.
- Experience of partnering with and managing a broad variety of stakeholders, including Senior Management.
- Experience of interacting with customers and third-party stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of CRM system capabilities and experience of enabling these. Ideally Hubspot.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Highly organised, able to collaborate effectively and organise others.
- Commercial acumen.

Maternity and Parental Leave
We offer an enhanced maternity and parental leave package. For maternity and adoption, we will provide you with 16 weeks full pay, followed by 23 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). And for Paternity and other Parental leave, you’ll receive 4 weeks of full pay. In addition, we encourage you to take as much time as you need for ante and post-natal appointments.

Other practical details, we know you might be wondering about:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week in our fantastic office at The Ministry in Central London.
- Our typical working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, but as part of client-facing team this role does require flexibility from time to time.
- Part of our Sales Team, the role reports to the Sales Director and partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer .
- Must be a UK resident for tax purposes, and have the right to work in the UK.
- This is not a People Management role.
