We don’t advise—we build. Our GTM Acceleration team partners with portfolio executives to install repeatable, scalable growth systems. From ICP definition and TAL design to campaign execution and funnel instrumentation, we help our companies reach the next phase of growth with speed and precision.
We’re now hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to join this team. This is a mission-critical role with direct exposure to the C-suite of our portfolio. You’ll own the design and deployment of high-performance GTM systems across multiple companies—and help shape one of the most differentiated GTM platforms in venture capital.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Execution:
- This is a strategy execution role; your primary mission is to partner with the Head of GTM Acceleration, Demand Generation, and functional leaders at our portfolio companies in shaping and executing their GTM strategy.
- Assist in GTM Planning, including, but not limited to, territory segmentation, account assignments, quotas, gearing ratios, incentive compensation, etc.
- Translate function leaders’ business strategy into technical requirements and proactively advise on process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Identify and deliver strategic insights to directly impact revenue and retention.
- Create strategic insight decks for portfolio exec teams and investors, synthesizing funnel, forecast, and customer data into clear narratives and tradeoff decisions.
Process & Operations:
- Partner with functional (Sales, CS, Marketing) leaders to design and improve business processes to drive efficiency, address gaps, and enable automation.
- Author and deliver leadership reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business insights.
- Work cross-functionally to identify potential revenue risks and implement scalable processes and impactful solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and retention metrics improvement.
- Establish a “train the trainer” model for portfolio operators (i.e. Biz Ops, Chief Of Staff, etc.) and build process & enablement documentation.
Systems:
- Implement and manage GTM tools - Ensure the teams have the tools they need to succeed by developing a deep understanding of our GTM strategy pre- and post-sales, tech ecosystem, usage patterns, and department budget.
- Design and maintain Salesforce/Hubspot objects, field definitions, and workflows, and translate business requirements into technical requirements for our admins.
- Own the implementation of GTM tools like Sweep, QuotaPath, Equals, and SaaSGrid across portfolio companies, including rollout, documentation, and enablement.
- Own & manage RevOps data pipeline and warehouse.
AI Exploration:
- Lead our exploration and implementation of new AI tools and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and live demos for portfolio companies.
- Take regular demos with new vendors to stay on top of market trends and capabilities.

- Systems knowledge - Deep understanding of GTM tooling: Enrichment (One or more of Clay, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit), CRM (Salesforce and/or Hubspot), Engagement (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong), Automation (One or more of Tray.io, Make, Zapier, or Sweep.io), Orchestration (API integrations of the tools above), Data Analysis (Expert Google Sheets or Excel user; SQL or Python knowledge is preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an analytical field - Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience is required in a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly to all levels of employees, from the Executive level to the employee base.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills; comfortable and confident presenting new concepts to large audiences.
- Strong understanding of core business processes in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience in using GTM tools: Salesforce, Excel, GDrive office suite, Data enrichment tools/databases (ZoomInfo or others), Outreach.
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience managing or contributing to RevOps data pipelines or Customer 360 dashboards via tools like Equals, Snowflake, or dbt is a plus.
