We are Ceyepher Security, a pre-revenue cybersecurity startup on a mission to redefine how businesses protect their digital assets. We are assembling a founding team of builders who want to own a meaningful piece of a company while shaping its trajectory from day zero.

The Role
As Founding CRO, you will:
- Build and execute the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy from scratch.
- Close our first paying customers and establish repeatable sales processes.
- Define pricing models, sales operations, and KPIs.
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization as the company grows.
- Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on strategy, fundraising, and scaling.
- Represent the company to customers, partners, and investors.
Compensation & Equity
- Founder Equity: 4% equity, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.
- Commission: 10% of all revenue from deals you personally close, paid immediately once revenue is collected.
- Milestone-Based Vesting Acceleration:
- 20 paying clients closed → 50% of unvested equity vests immediately.
- At least 5 enterprise clients among those 20 → 100% of unvested equity vests immediately.
This structure rewards both short-term wins (commission) and long-term growth (equity upside).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in enterprise sales, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Experience building revenue from zero in early-stage startups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating processes where none exist.
- Ability to close deals personally while building systems to scale revenue.
- Strong network of potential customers, partners, or hires is a plus.
